PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The main goal will be partnering within the whole TRA organization for growing the business profitably & provide great biz insight to ease decision making process in terms of revenue growth opportunities, P&L efficiencies & sales productivity management.
This position will be responsible for managing TRA financial planning overview and driving the overall finance planning processes & systems. Critical components include providing proactive business insight and driving business excellence via active participation in various stages of business processes - strategy forming, day to day implementation, process improvement, management of complex finance planning processes and systems to support key business initiatives ...

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

        1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Strong focus on business partnering with full TRA organization.
- Responsible for the analysis, implementation, execution & improve performance of Revenue & P&L and data gathering.
- Actively frame KPI´s scheme design.

        2. Orchestrations and Organization Agility

- Coordinates interaction of business processes across the whole organization
- Help to identify the growth potential and resources optimization opportunities
- Chairs and/or participates in divisional or company-wide projects.

        3. Control and Compliance

- Reinforce internal controls, prepare our business for the SOX and develop a control philosophy for the business within business controller's charter.
- Ensures correct controls in place to guarantee accurate compilation, analysis, reporting and security financial data.

        4. Leadership

-Take leadership as the single point of contact across Spain organization via seamless and coordinated support.

Requisitos:

  EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

Education, qualifications, training

 - Degree in Economics or Business
 - MBA preferable
 - Excellent English communications and presentation skills are essential.
 - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of US GAAP, including SOX principles.

Experience or skills required

 - Seasoned Finance professional, minimum 4 years working experience in sizable MNC Finance
 - Proven track record of achieving results through influence where no direct line authority exists
 - Preferred track record of building a professional Finance team, in a managerial position
 - Strong Internal Controls experience
